sure your have a video capture card installed in your computer such as the
STB TV-PCI TV-Tuner card, or the ATI All in Wonder PRO AGP or PCI.
Make sure you only have one video capture card installed. Make sure
the video card is working. |

install, and register the ActiVideo control. This software allows
Visual Basic to talk directly to your video capture card for grabbing

sure COM1 and COM3 are available on your system. If you are an
experienced VB user, you can change the COM ports by changing the COM PORT
property of the MSComm Controls (telephone icons on the main form). |

MultiMonitor.vbp program to load, click the "play" button on the
tool bar to run. If you get any errors, then you might make sure
your system is properly configured to use COM1 and COM3. |
