WiFi Relays are equipped with firmware built into the board that will allow you to control one relay at a time, a bank of relays or all relays at once with manual and automatic refreshing command set. WiFi Relay Controllers allow wireless computer controlled switching from any computer connected to a network. Connect the WiFi Module to the desired wireless Network. Once configured you can start controlling these relays from the networking protocol of your choice.
WiFi Relay Options
RS232 Relays are available with SPDT 5, 10 and 20 amp, SPST 30 amp and DPDT 1, 3 & 5 amp relays installed.
Once the Embedd WiFi Module has been configured to connect to your wireless network you can control your relays over the network or over the internet. Eight Analog to digital inputs are located on the right side of board. Add Relay Expansion Boards to the XR Expansion Port located on the left side of board.
Selecting a WiFi Relay
Below you will find all the WiFi Relay control that are available. The difference being the amperage of the relays installed and the type of relay. Choose the controller that fits the amperage you are switching. You will find SPDT relays in the 5, 10 and 20 amp versions and an SPST version in 30 amp. DPDT versions are also available with 1, 3 or 5 amp relays installed. For more information on selecting the correct relay for your application see Choosing a Proper Amperage>.
Selecting a WiFi Relay Series
The Wi-Fi Relay boards are available in the ProXR Lite and ProXR versions. Both versions have the same firmware installed and accept the same ProXR command set, the industry leading command set for controlling relays. The ProXR lite version is non-expandable, the ProXR version is expandable to 256 relays. When you find your controller click on the Full Description link to view full specs, watch setup videos, download software and purchase.
The ProXR Series Controller allow computers to read contact closure inputs, analog to digital converters and control up to 256 Relays using a single computer interface. ProXR series controllers focus on expansion for industrial control applications.
The ProXR Lite product line allows computers to read up to 8 analog inputs and control up to 8 relays.
Non-Expandable, the ProXR Lite Product Line focuses on lower cost boards for industrial control applications
Find the board you need by using the interactive menu to he right. Hover over the Button and select the number of relays you want installed. Once there simply select the board with the correct amperage for the item you are switching.
