Fusion 4 Series Controllers are the most powerful relay controllers we currently manufacture.
Capable of controlling relays from a computer, sensor readings, or a time schedule, Fusion 4
controllers can be used to automate just about any application. Choose a controller based on
the quantity and power rating of relays your application requires.
Flip a switch and send a SMS Text Message. Push a Button and Send an email. Trip a sensor
and send a message to a server to do just about anything you want... from anywhere in
the world. Push Notification series controllers send messages from real-world electronics to
computers and servers.
Newer Fusion Series controllers are available to replace the older Reactor Series controllers.
Because of the wide usages of the older Reactor Series products, they will not be discontinued; however,
firmware and Base Station support will no-longer evolve to include minor changes and improvements.
Sensor Controlled Relays: Reactor Series
Activate Relays and Events when Sensors Reach specified Limits.
Use a Computer to Setup the Reactor, then Let the Reactor Work by itself.
Manual computer control optional.
Onboard USB Interface Module - Plugs Directly into USB Port
Mounts as a Virtual COM Port on Computer
Supports Daylight Savings Time
Sync Time with PC or Manually Set Time
Base Station Software - Point & Click Interface - Use to Configure Time
Schedule - Manually Trigger Relays
Break-A-Way Tabs for Smaller Profile When Needed
USB Time Activated Relays Set Time Schedule to Trigger
Our Time Relays are equipped with firmware built into the board that will allow you to setup a time
schedule to trigger relays. The Time Relay series has an integrated Real Time Clock to control relays based on
a time schedule (the board knows what day & time it is). Connect these controllers to the serial port of
your computer to setup the time schedule & upload it to the board. Once stored, the computer is no longer needs,
and the relays will activate according to your schedule that can be as simple or as complex as your application
Time Schedule Control
Events are scheduled times when a relay or group of relays are
turned on or off. They are defined by the user first by time: Year, Month, Day of Month, Day of week, Hour,
Minute, and Second. You have the ability of switching relays on or off at very specific times. You can
add up to 1000 Events to the list.
Time Relay - Without Having to Learn
Programming These -Channel Time Activated Relays con trigger relays according to a time schedule! Time
Activated Relay You Can Count On!
For applications where time must match
a computer or server use Relay Timer.
Relay Timer is software
that uses a computer's time!
By selecting the USB interface you
will be sending commands through the USB port of your computer to the board. Boards on this page are
equipped with a ZUSB communications module that adds USB communications to the board. A command consists
of a few bytes of data in numerical format usually between 2 and 6 bytes. Once the command has been
received, the controller processes the command and the relay activates.
Selecting a USB Relay
Below you will find the -channel USB Relay control that are available. The difference being
the amperage of the relays installed and the type of relay. Choose the controller that fits the amperage
you are switching. You will find SPDT relays in the 5, 10 and 20 amp versions and an SPST version in 30
amp. For more information on selecting the correct relay for your application see
Choosing a Proper Amperage.
