Fusion 4 Series Controllers are the most powerful relay controllers we currently manufacture.
Capable of controlling relays from a computer, sensor readings, or a time schedule, Fusion 4
controllers can be used to automate just about any application. Choose a controller based on
the quantity and power rating of relays your application requires.
Flip a switch and send a SMS Text Message. Push a Button and Send an email. Trip a sensor
and send a message to a server to do just about anything you want... from anywhere in
the world. Push Notification series controllers send messages from real-world electronics to
computers and servers.
Newer Fusion Series controllers are available to replace the older Reactor Series controllers.
Because of the wide usages of the older Reactor Series products, they will not be discontinued; however,
firmware and Base Station support will no-longer evolve to include minor changes and improvements.

16 Background Timers Can be Assigned to Any of the Relays while Processing Your RS232 Commands
USB Relay Control By Onboard USB Interface
USB Relay Controllers allow computer controlled switching using the USB port of your computer. An NCD USB Relay Board
emulates a COM port, allowing you to speak to the relay board using any programming language that supports serial
communications. COM drivers allow you to assign any COM port to the USB Relay Board. An NCD USB Relay Driver supports
8-Channels of 8-Bit / 10-Bit Analog to Digital Conversion (A/D) or UXP Expansion Port, and includes an XR Relay Expansion Port
for adding additional relays to the USB Relay Controller Board.
USB Relay Options
USB Relays are available with SPDT 5, 10 and 20 amp, SPST 30 amp and DPDT 1, 3 & 5 amp relays installed.
Control these USB Relays through the USB port of your computer. The controller mounts as a
virtual COM port for easy programming in almost any language.

Selecting The USB Interface
By selecting the USB interface you will be sending commands through the USB port of your computer to the board. Boards on this page are equipped with a
ZUSB communications module that adds USB communications to the board. A command consists of a few bytes of data in numerical format usually
between 2 and 6 bytes. Once the command has been received, the controller processes the command and the relay activates.
Selecting a USB Relay Board
Below you will find all the 4-channel USB Relay Controllers that are available. The difference being the amperage of the relays installed and the type
of relay. Choose the controller that fits the amperage you are switching. You will find SPDT relays in the 5, 10 and 20 amp versions and
an SPST version in the 30 amp version. For more information on selecting the correct relay for your application see
Choosing a Proper Amperage.
Selecting a USB Relay Series
The USB Relay boards are available in the ProXR Lite and ProXR versions. Both versions have the same firmware installed and accept the same ProXR
command set, the industry leading command set for controlling relays. The ProXR Lite version is non-expandable, the ProXR version is
expandable to 256 relays. When you find your controller click on the Full Description link to view full specs, watch setup videos, download
software and purchase.
