USB Relay - ProXR
Our ProXR USB Relay Boards offer your choice of 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 or 30 amp relays and are available in many channel versions with your choice of eight channel 8/10-Bit
Analog to Digital Conversion or
UXP Expansion Port on selected models, look for AD or UXP in the part number. All are of course
SignalSwitch compatible. Most USB Relays feature the
ProXR Command Set (except for the Reactor, Key Fob or Taralist series which do not need to be programmed) and an
XR Expansion Port, simply look for PROXR in the part number. The XR Expansion Port will allow you to expand any ProXR model board to 256 relays using our
XR Expansion Modules. The UXP port will allow you to add Analog to Digital Expansion Modules, Contact Closure Input Modules or Digital Potentiometers to any UXP board. For more on A/D Conversion and UXP Expansion see below.
USB Relay - ProXR Lite
The ProXR command set has been available in our controllers since 2004 and have been widely used. We now offer the full ProXR Command set in a high functioning low cost relay and for the first time a 1 channel USB controller. The ProXR Lite series is NOT expandable, although the firmware still thinks 256 relays are available. The relay portion of the controller only responds to the first 1, 2, 4 or 8 relays in bank 1. We did NOT skip the Analog Input portion of the ProXR Lite. All ProXR lite controllers offer a 8-Channel 8/10-Bit Analog to Digital Converter in addition to relay control. The ProXR Lite responds to the same firmware as the ProXR series controllers and is therefore 100% compatible with any applications designed to work with a ProXR series controller.
USB Relay - Reactor Series
The USB Reactor Relay Series controllers represent the worlds first relay controller capable of making its own intelligent decisions based on user input. The USB Reactor Relay Series controllers are configured using our free Configuration Utility - no programming needed. Once configured, the controller works without a computer connected, allowing analog inputs to trigger relays according to the configuration. The USB Reactor Relay was developed to address the needs of customers who need a controller capable of making intelligent decisions without a computer. Live USB Reactor Relays are configured using a standard USB cable. Once configured, the Reactor will work on its own. At any time, a remote computer may read analog inputs and take control of the relays. The remote computer can later return control back to the Reactor logic.
USB Relay - Time Activated
The Taralist series Time Activated Relay Controllers are unlike any other relay timer in the world. The Taralist series have an integrated battery backed Real Time Clock with memory that allows users to control relays based on a time schedule. Connect the controller to your computer with a standard USB cable to setup the time schedule and store your schedule into the Taralist controller - no programming needed. Once stored, the Taralist does not require a computer, and will activate relays according to a schedule that can be as simple or as complex as your application requires.
