An Ethernet Relay Board will Allow Computer Controlled Switching from Any Computer Connected to a 10/100 Ethernet Network. The Ethernet Relay Board Connects to the Ethernet Port of your Local Network Hub, Allowing Computer Controlled Switching from Anywhere on the Network. Current 32 Channel Ethernet Controllers offer Relay Control +
8-Channels 8/10-Bit A/D, or Relay Control +
UXP Expansion Port. All versions include an
XR Expansion Port for adding additional relay banks. Using our
Standardized ProXR Command Set.

Our Thirty Two Channel Ethernet Relays feature
SPDT controllers and are available with eight channel 8/10-Bit
Analog to Digital Conversion or
UXP Expansion Port on selected models and all are of course
SignalSwitch compatible. All Thirty Two Channel Ethernet Relay Boards feature the
ProXR Command Set and an
XR Expansion Port. Built from the ground up with expansion in mind, simply chain the
XR Expansion Modules to the XR Expansion port, one after another, to meet your computer controlled switching requirements to add up to 256 relays.

Easy Software Development
Communications and software development is very easy, simply write your software to speak to the RS-232 serial port (COM port of your PC), and install the included RealPort Drivers that allow you to map a COM port to an I.P. address. So you do not have to know anything about Ethernet communications to speak to the device.
Many Communication Protocols for Advanced Users
Advanced users may want to employ other communication protocols to speak the the Ethernet Relay Controller. NCD Ethernet Relay Controllers can also be controlled using Telnet. I.P. Addresses and are automatically or manually assigned. NCD Ethernet Relay Controllers also support security protocols such as Shared Key, WEP, WPA, and Cisco LEAP with support for WEP, TKIP, and CCMP data encryption.
Ethernet with .NET Framework
ZETH-NET uses Digi Stock Digi .Net Framework Communications Module pre-programmed with our open-source ProXR Server Firmware. ZETH-NET is our own breed of Ethernet communications. ZETH-NET is an Open-Source project that offers a powerful web-browser interface for direct control of relays from a web-page served directly to users from the ZETH-NET module, without the need for a server. ZETH-NET is accessible from anywhere on your local area network. If you have a static IP address, ZETH-NET is accessible from anywhere in the world. In addition to a web browser relay control interface, ZETH-NET devices also allow you to control the device from your own software through direct TCP/IP communications while still hosting a web browser interface. The ZETH-NET module can be added to any 32 Channel Ethernet board by selecting it as an option at checkout.

Onboard analog to digital conversion is available on selected models of these controllers! This will allow you to:
- Read light and temperature levels
- Easily activate relays when A/D limits are reached
- Detect audio levels in a room when connected to a microphone
- Read switches, potentiometers, and analog joysticks
- applications are limitless, and surprisingly easy to integrate
- Available on the 4, 8, and 16 channel boards

UXP is a new standardized data port, specifically for the purpose of speaking to various expansion modules. If the controller you are considering is equipped with a UXP port, you can take advantage of extended commands to speak to our growing line of I/O expansion modules. UXP in the part number allows you to:
- Add Contact Closure Inputs
- Add Analog to Digital Inputs
- Add Voltage Detectors
- Digital Potentiometer Outputs
- Available on the 4 and 8 channel boards

Models with the ProXR suffix will feature the ProXR commend set. The ProXR series will allow you to:
- Send simple commands to activate relays
- Upgrade without having to re-write your software
- Activate up to 16 relay timers
- Control up to 256 total relays using the XR expansion port
- Full backward/forward compatibility w/the ProXR series command set
- Available on 4, 8, and 16 channel boards
