Fusion 4 Series Controllers are the most powerful relay controllers we currently manufacture.
Capable of controlling relays from a computer, sensor readings, or a time schedule, Fusion 4
controllers can be used to automate just about any application. Choose a controller based on
the quantity and power rating of relays your application requires.
Flip a switch and send a SMS Text Message. Push a Button and Send an email. Trip a sensor
and send a message to a server to do just about anything you want... from anywhere in
the world. Push Notification series controllers send messages from real-world electronics to
computers and servers.
Newer Fusion Series controllers are available to replace the older Reactor Series controllers.
Because of the wide usages of the older Reactor Series products, they will not be discontinued; however,
firmware and Base Station support will no-longer evolve to include minor changes and improvements.
Sensor Controlled Relays: Reactor Series
Activate Relays and Events when Sensors Reach specified Limits.
Use a Computer to Setup the Reactor, then Let the Reactor Work by itself.
Manual computer control optional.
Base Station Software - Point & Click Interface - Use to Configure Time
Schedule - Manually Trigger Relays
Wireless Time Activated Relays Set Time Schedule to
Our Time Relays are equipped with firmware built into the board that will allow you to setup a
time schedule to trigger relays. The Time Relay series has an integrated Real Time Clock to control relays
based on a time schedule (the board knows what day & time it is). These relays use a 802.15.4 wireless
modem connected to the USB port of your computer to communicate. The modem supports any available COM port at
any standard baud rate, allowing you to setup the time schedule & upload it to the board. Once stored, the
computer is no longer needed, the relays will activate according to your schedule.
Events are scheduled times when a relay or group of relays are turned on or off. They are
defined by the user first by time: Year, Month, Day of Month, Day of week, Hour, Minute, and Second. You have
the ability of switching relays on or off at very specific times. You can add up to 1000 Events to the list.
Time Relay - Without Having to Learn
Programming These -Channel Time Activated Relays con trigger relays according to a time schedule! Time
Activated Relay You Can Count On!
For applications where time must match
a computer or server use Relay Timer.
Relay Timer is software
that uses a computer's time!
By selecting the 802.15.4 interface you will be sending commands through a modem
connected to the USB port of your computer. Boards on this page are equipped with a 802.15.4
communications module that adds wireless communications to the board. Time configurations can be uploaded
to the board through a wireless wireless connection using the included Base Station Software.
Selecting a Wireless Time activated Relay
Below you will find the -channel Wireles Time Activated
Relays that are available. The difference being the amperage of the relays installed and the type of
relay. Choose the controller that fits the amperage you are switching. You will find SPDT relays in
the 5, 10 and 20 amp versions and an SPST version in 30 amp. For more information on selecting the correct
relay for your application see
Choosing a Proper Amperage.
