Control Any NCD Bluetooth Device!
Turn your cell phone into a working remote control!
Configure your own buttons to fit your needs!
With No Programming Wireless Control is Effortless!
So, you are looking for an easy way for your laptop or PDA to talk to a relay controller with no programming. No Problem, we have just the thing. Data Collection and Control from a Single Controller allows any Bluetooth equipped computer to talk to our devices as though they were directly connected to a serial port....with NO DRIVERS REQUIRED!
The ProMOTE Software now ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR PROGRAMMING! Simply download and install the free software, configure the buttons to fit your needs and your ready to go. With no drivers required for the Bluetooth Connection and no programming for the control, what could be easier!
Here's how it works.
ProMOTE Designer allows you to configure the software to fit your requirements and make it easy to use. The Relay Command tab (shown here) allows you to set the caption of the button and the content (what the controller does). We have all the commands that you will need and they can be found on our ProXR Standard for I/O and Relay Control page. Simply put in the number code and the controller does it!

Configure the Bank
Next, configure the bank the relays are in. With a preset configuration of eight banks this can accommodate up to 64 relays. Again, the command code can be found on the
ProXR Standard for I/O and Relay Control page.

Set Pulse or Duration Time
Finely, a pulse or duration timer can be set. This can be done in the Timer tab. If you require the relays to be turned off after a set time you can find the code in the ProXR Standard for I/O and Relay Control page.

One Button Upload
Once you have configured the program connect your cell phone or PDA to the computer via a USB cable and click the "Copy to PPC" button for a one button upload of the program. You can now unplug the Call phone/PDA and it will communicate with the Bluetooth board with the functions you set.

No programming and no extra configuration needed! The PC ProMOTE can also work with any controller in our extensive line of relay boards! If you have a USB, ZigBee, RS-232 or Wi-Fi controller your can use PC ProMOTE. Simply connect with the interface your have chosen, configure ProMOTE and you are ready to go!

Write your own software
If you feel comfortable writing your own software you can do that as well. Our Bluetooth devices do not need the ProMOTE software to run. You can program you own software to work with any of our boards. It works like this. Power up our controller. Boot up your laptop or PDA. Use your Bluetooth software built into your computer to Pair this device with your computer. Once Paired, this device will mount as a COM port on your PDA or Laptop. Now all you have to do is
write a simple program to open the COM port of your computer to talk to this device.
If you are already using one of our ProXR series controllers connected to the Serial Port or USB Port, then you will not have to make any software changes. This device works as though it were directly connected to a serial port on your PC, offering 100% transparent wireless serial communications.
With all the control and backward/forward compatibility you have come to expect from the ProXR series command set, this controller allows you to send simple commands to activate relays, read the status of relays, activate up to 16 relay timers, and control up to 256 total relays using the XR expansion port. All relays are electronically latched, simply send a command to turn the relay on, send a different command to turn the relay off.
The ProXR Series Controller allow computers to read contact closure inputs, analog to digital converters and control up to 256 Relays using a single computer interface. ProXR series controllers focus on expansion for industrial control applications.
The ProXR Lite product line allows computers to read up to 8 analog inputs and control up to 8 relays.
Non-Expandable, the ProXR Lite Product Line focuses on interchangeable Computer Interface Modules and Low Cost
Focusing on Cost Reduction and High Volume Manufacturing, the Low Cost Series are No-Frills Relay Controllers that offer Basic Computer Control at Low Communications Speed.
